Douglas Shinstine established Shinstine Construction in 1965. Starting with custom homes, the company grew to include public works projects, as well as negotiated private work. In 1999, three long time employees became partners and the company was renamed to Shinstine/Assoc. LLC.  In 2014 Douglas and Morgan Shinstine retired but the remaining partners stayed on and on October 1, 2015 Shinstine/Assoc. L.L.C. changed it's name to SCF General Contractors LLC.  Providing the the same quality construction within the time frame and cost anticipated by our customers, our number one goal is still the same, to exceed our clients' expectations.

Recent construction projects include worship facilities, commercial offices, multi-family housing, renovations, and storage facilities. Our depth of experience allows us to confidently take on a variety of project types and sizes.
