Owner does have the permit and this project is scheduled to break ground on March 1, 2016

Plans:
The plans and specs for both the shell and TI are complimentary.  Both may apply to certain divisions of work.

Project Details:
Shell-Scope A:
Construction of shell building connecting to an existing building consisting of concrete, CMU, metal decking, membrane roofing and associated M/E/P systems rough-in.  Included site work to accomodate all required componets as per Helix Design Group plans and specs.

Tenant Improvment-Scope B:
All interior finishes per BBA Architects, Inc. plans and specs
